Return & Refunds Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted only in certain situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original payment method (or handled via bank transfer/store credit for Cash on Delivery orders) within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect size.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at mehranshoes.help@gmail.com and send your item to our Headquarters (address will be provided after your request).
Shipping & Returns
We offer Free Delivery on all orders within Pakistan.
However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, the return shipping cost will be paid by you.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds for Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer once the returned item has been received and inspected.
